Main Ingredient(s) Per Serving: Echinacea Complex 450 mg[Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea and Echinacea angustifolia), Burdock (Arctium lappa), Elderberry Concentrate (Sambucus nigra), Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum frutescens)]]

Directions: For adults, take one(1) capsule six times daily, preferably with a meal.

Other Ingredients:  Gelatin. Contains <2% of Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate
