Ingredient(s) Per Serving:Oil of Oregano 150mg (Origanum vulgare)(leaf), Olive Oil, Glycerin, Gelatin.

Directions: For adults, take one (1) softgel once or twice daily, preferably with meals. If you experience a heat sensation after using, this is a normal reaction.

 WARNING: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.
