Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Silica. Contains <2% of: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
