Ingredient list (Each tablet contains): Selenium 200mcg, Brewer’s Yeast, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica
Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
