Serving Size: 1 Softgel
Main Ingredient Per Serving: Milk Thistle Extract 250 mg (Silybum marianum)(seed) (a 4:1 Extract, Equivalent to 1,000 mg whole herb)
Directions: For adults, take one (1) softgel once or twice daily, preferably with a meal.
Other Ingredients:Soybean Oil, Maltodextrin, Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin. Contains <2% of: Paprika (Color), Soy Lecithin. Contains soy ingredients. Contains ingredients that may result in a variation of color and appearance over time.
