Main Ingredient Per Serving: Thiamin 100 mg (Vitamin B-1)(as Thiamin Hydrochloride)

Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet two times daily, preferably with meals.

Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose. Contain <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
