Ingredient(s) Per Serving:Vegetable Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Folate 666mcg DFE (Folic Acid 400 mcg), Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet up to two times daily, preferably with a meal.
