Serving Size : 2 caplets                            

Directions: For adults, take two (2) caplets daily, preferably with meals.                            

Ingredient(s) Per Serving :  Vegetable Cellulose,  Calcium 114 mg, Dicalcium  Phosphate, Pantothenic Acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate) 50 mg, Proprietary Blend  75 mg [PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid), Choline Bitartrate and Inositol ],  Niacin (as Niacinamide) 25 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 15 mg,  Thiamin (Vitamin  B-1) (as Thiamin Mononitrate) 10 mg , Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 10 mg, Biotin (as d-Biotin) 100 mcg, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Folic Acid 400 mcg, Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 25 mcg, Natural Palm Leaf Glaze.
