Serving Size 1 Softgel

Ingredient(s) Per Serving : DHA 100 mg (Docosahexaenoic Acid), (from 445 mg Fish Oil), Gelatin,  Vegetable Glycerin, Mixed Natural Tocopherols. Contains fish (tuna) ingredients.

Directions: For adults, take one (1) softgel up to four times daily, preferably with meals. To maximize your intake of DHA, take up to 6 softgels daily.
